MISIS–  An introductory course to the new mandated teacher roll book. Participants must create MISIS account prior to session. (Wolfe)

WASC– Launching our new Schoolwide Learner Outcomes (All WASC Leadership Team Members)

CCSS-SHEG– Introduction to Stanford History Education Group Lesson with connections to CCSS. (Cazares & Largaespada)

China Delegation– Teachers will share new learning and implications of their visit to China (Savage, Coria)

MediaSnap– Teachers will be shown how to use a multimedia resource the school has purchased for all teachers and students. Teachers will be given passwords for themselves and their students so they can access LACOE Multimedia Library of videos, lesson plans and more. (Butterfield)

Close Reading– Teachers will experience a lesson using the close reading strategy which can be used by all departments.  (Vorwald)

Writing Task Force– An informational session about various writing programs to inform writing instruction across the curriculum. (J. Jacoby)

Questioning– Teachers will be presented with questioning strategies and participate in a questioning activity. (Carmona & Chavez)
